Service conditions for an application to a picture agency

1. Application: When applying, you will be asked to upload high-resolution images in digital form for quality control. The images will not be made publicly available, will not be transferred to your portfolio and will be deleted afterwards. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the terms of service. Use your best work so that we can get an accurate picture of your work.
2. Copyright and transfer of rights: Please make sure that you are the sole author of the submitted work and that you have all the necessary rights. By submitting your application, you agree that the stock agency may use the submitted work for internal evaluation purposes.
3. Data protection: The picture agency commits itself to treat your personal data confidentially and to use it exclusively for the application process. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the processing of your application.
4. Selection procedure: The photo agency reserves the right to select and evaluate applications at its own discretion. There is no entitlement to a statement of reasons for the decision.
5. Communication: The photo agency will contact you after receiving your application to discuss the further course of the application process. Please ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date.
6. Confidentiality: all information exchanged during the application process must be treated confidentially and may not be passed on to third parties without the prior written consent of the photo agency.
7. Exclusion of liability: Bildagentur accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may arise in connection with the application.
8. Equal treatment: Bildagentur undertakes to treat all applicants fairly and equally, regardless of gender, race, religion, nationality or sexual orientation.
